These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Euromillions Atlas mobile application (the "App"), published by Formosa Studios. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App is — and is not

• The App provides historical EuroMillions draw results and descriptive statistics for information and reference only.
• The App is independent and unofficial. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to EuroMillions, Services aux Loteries en Europe, or any national lottery operator.
• The App does not sell lottery tickets, does not process payments, and does not facilitate gambling.
• Statistics shown in the App describe past draws only. They are not predictions, forecasts, or recommendations. Every EuroMillions draw is independent, and past results do not influence future outcomes.

2. Eligibility

The App relates to a lottery and is intended for users who are of legal age for lottery participation in their country (typically 18 or older).

3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep draw results accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Results shown in the App are unofficial. Always verify winning numbers and prize amounts with your national lottery operator before acting on them. We are not liable for decisions made based on information shown in the App.

4. Responsible play

If you choose to play the lottery, play responsibly and within your means. If gambling is causing you problems, help is available — contact the responsible-gambling organisation in your country.

5. Advertising

The App is free to use and supported by advertising served by Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third parties, and we do not endorse advertised products or services. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad-related data processing.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its original content are the property of Formosa Studios. "EuroMillions" and related names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here solely to describe the subject matter of the App.

7. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formosa Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including losses related to lottery play. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
