Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how FormosaStudios ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Euromillions Atlas mobile application (the "App").

1. Summary

• The App does not require an account and we do not collect your name, email address, or other contact details.
• Your settings and saved data stay on your device.
• The App shows ads served by Google AdMob, which may process device data as described below.
• Optional draw-result notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging using an anonymous topic subscription.

2. Data stored on your device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only. We have no access to it and it is deleted when you uninstall the App:

• Your language, appearance (light/dark) and notification preferences.
• Cached EuroMillions draw results.
• Number lines you enter in the ticket checker.

3. Draw data downloads

To keep results current, the App periodically downloads a public file of draw results hosted on GitHub Pages. This is a standard HTTPS request; as with any web request, the hosting provider (GitHub) may technically process your IP address to deliver the file. We do not receive or store any information about these requests.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect and process device information — such as advertising identifiers, IP address, coarse location and app interaction data — to serve and measure ads. In regions where required (e.g. the EU/EEA and UK under the GDPR), Google's consent dialog is shown before ads load, and you can choose between personalised and non-personalised ads. You can review or change your choices at any time from the App's Guide screen, where a privacy-options entry appears when applicable.

5. Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

If you enable draw-result notifications, your device subscribes to an anonymous Firebase Cloud Messaging topic. Google processes a device registration token to deliver these messages; we do not collect or store these tokens ourselves. You can disable notifications at any time in the App or in your device settings.

6. Children

The App relates to a lottery and is not directed at children. It is intended for users of legal age for lottery participation in their country (typically 18+).

7. Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, most data-protection requests (access, deletion, portability) do not apply to us directly. For data processed by Google (advertising, notifications), please use Google's privacy controls linked above. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you retain all rights under the GDPR with respect to any processing described here, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date above.
